Save a Dude Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

This is a contest of skill. Winners are selected by judging against the criteria below, not by chance or random drawing.

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by DudeRobe [legal entity name and address to be confirmed] ("Sponsor" or "DudeRobe"). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. By entering, you release Instagram, Meta, and TikTok from any liability related to this contest.

2. Contest Period

The contest runs in consecutive weekly rounds beginning Monday, August 17, 2026. Each weekly round opens Monday 12:00 a.m. ET and closes Sunday 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries received in a given round are judged for that round only; entries do not carry over. Sponsor may pause, modify, or end the contest at any time, and will announce any change at duderobe.com/pages/save-a-dude-entry.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agency partners of Sponsor and Kelson LLC, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Limit one (1) win per person or household per 12-month period. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

Submit the entry form at duderobe.com/pages/save-a-dude-entry, including: (a) at least one photograph of loungewear you believe qualifies as a case of Mailing It In At Home (the person who wears it does not need to appear in the photo); (b) your first name, email address, and state of residence; and (c) your agreement to these Official Rules. Unlimited entries per person per round; each entry must contain a different photograph. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter.

By submitting, you represent and warrant that: you took or own the photograph; every person appearing in it is 18 or older and gave you permission to submit it; no minors appear in it; and the submission does not infringe any third party's rights or contain unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content. Sponsor may disqualify any entry at its sole discretion, including entries that mock or demean any person (in this contest, the loungewear is the condition — the person is never the punchline).

5. Judging

One (1) winner is selected per weekly round by a panel of Sponsor's representatives, judging all eligible entries from that round on the following criteria:

  • Severity of the condition — condition and egregiousness of the loungewear (40%)
  • The story — caption or context that makes the entry funny, endearing, or memorable (30%)
  • Quality and clarity of the evidence — photographic clarity (30%)

The judging panel may consider audience reactions to entries featured on Sponsor's social channels (including Instagram Story polls) as a tiebreaker between comparably scored entries. Judges' decisions are final and binding. In the event no eligible entries are received in a round, no prize is awarded for that round.

6. Prize

One (1) prize per weekly round: a $300 DudeRobe store credit, delivered as a single-use code valid at duderobe.com for twelve (12) months from issuance. Approximate retail value: $300. The credit may be combined with sitewide offers, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable. Winners who also provide the optional video described in Section 7 will receive an additional DudeRobe product of Sponsor's choosing (approximate retail value up to $100), shipped upon Sponsor's receipt of that video. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Winner Notification and Winner Content

Potential winners will be notified by email (and Instagram DM if a handle was provided) within three (3) days of the round's close, and must respond within five (5) days or the prize may be awarded to a runner-up. As a condition of accepting the prize, each winner agrees to:

  • Provide at least one "after" photograph of the rescued individual wearing the DudeRobe product, within ten (10) days of delivery of the order purchased with the prize credit; and
  • Grant the rights described in Section 8 with respect to that photograph (and any optional video), confirmed in a signed release provided by Sponsor.

Winners may also, at their option, provide a short video of the unboxing or reveal; winners who do will receive the bonus product described in Section 6.

Winners who post their own contest-related content on social media must clearly disclose their connection to Sponsor (for example: "I won DudeRobe's Save a Dude contest"). Failure to provide the after photograph does not require return of the store credit, but forfeits eligibility for future DudeRobe contests and features.

8. License and Likeness Release

By entering, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display your submitted photograph(s), caption, first name, and social media handle in any media now known or later developed, including paid advertising and marketing, without further compensation, notice, or approval. Winners grant the same license with respect to the Winner Content. You represent that every person appearing in any submitted media has consented to this use; Sponsor may require a signed likeness release from any person appearing in Winner Content before featuring it.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical failures of any kind. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Kelson LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of a prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is used to administer the contest and, where you have separately opted in, to send DudeRobe marketing communications, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

For the name of any round's winner, email info@duderobe.com within 60 days of that round's close.
