Not happy and want to return it for a refund?  No problem.

***For customers outside the continental US, customer is responsible for all return & exchange shipping costs. Once you ship it back, please alert our customer service along with tracking number by emailing info@duderobe.com so we can stay on top of your return/exchange.  

Returning & Exchanging Your DudeRobe Gear

  • Click on the link below or within your order confirmation to initiate your return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Products must be unworn & free from damage of any kind, including hair & debris.
  • Place the products neatly back in the original DudeRobe polybag (if possible) & include the original packing slip or just print out order confirmation.
  • Use the shipping label provided by us through our Exchange/Return Portal to ensure proper return tracking.
  • For Returns that adhere to our Return Policy, Exchanges will be shipped out when they are inspected back at our fulfillment center and returns will be refunded the purchase price (less shipping cost) within 5 business days after we receive your return.
