Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your DudeRobe gear must be...

    • Unused, in the same condition that you received it (unwashed, no dog hairs, etc);
    • Returned within 30 days of purchase;
    • In the original packaging (so please keep your original packaging);
    • Sent back with a receipt or proof of purchase and a note stating whether it's for an exchange or a refund.

Additionally, please email us at info@duderobe.com to let us that you'd like to return or exchange your order. 

DudeRobe reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.

Send your return using a trackable carrier. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.

You may use the original box or outside packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS EXCHANGES AND CREDITS/REFUNDS.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. We’ll be happy to ship the desired items. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.

If you need to exchange your order, please send us an email at info@duderobe.com and follow the return directions above.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company and/or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@duderobe.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the US and Canada. For other requests outside the US and Canada, please submit an eMail request to info@duderobe.com and we will advise if we can ship to your location. You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs associated with your purchase.

FREE SHIPPING IS NOT VALID ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
