How to Exchange or Return Your DudeGear

We’re sorry you’ve got an issue, but we want to thank you for giving us a shot!  Let’s get you squared away here. You have 30 days from the day you receive your DudeRobe gear to send it back to us. 

Here’s what you need to know:

 Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and have NO SIGN OF WEAR OR USE (including pet hair). You should absolutely try on your DudeRobe Gear… but if you are unhappy with the fit, feel or anything else, now is the time to exchange or return it. We want you to be happy!  
 
-  All exchanges and returns will be inspected once they reach our fulfillment center and exchange or refund issued only after making sure they are like new.  
 
- For exchanges or returns that adhere to our Return Policy, exchanges will be shipped out after they are received at our fulfillment center and returns will be refunded the purchase price (less shipping cost) within 5 business days after we receive your return.
 
- Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for your order. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Now that that is out of the way, let’s start your return or exchange…

1)  Place the products neatly back in the original DudeRobe polybag (if possible) and include the original packing slip or just print out order confirmation.
 
2) Click on the link below to get to our Exchange/Return portal. You will be asked for your DudeRobe order number and the zip code on the order.
 
3) In the Exchange/Return portal, select the items from your order that you want to exchange/return.
 
4) Print out the shipping label  through our Exchange/Return Portal and adhere it to your package.

 

***For customers outside the continental US, customer is responsible for all return & exchange shipping costs. Once you ship it back, please alert our customer service along with tracking number by emailing info@duderobe.com so we can stay on top of your return/exchange.
