We’ll send out your exchange after we get your items at our place.
For exchanges, we'll cover the shipping costs. For refunds, we’ll refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) within 5 business days after we receive your return.
The refund goes back to your original payment method. Just a heads up, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If, by any chance, your package decides to take a detour, don’t stress! Just reach out to UPS or DHL directly. They'll help you sort things out. Feel free to email us as well if you run into any issues.
You’ve got a whole 30 days from when your DudeRobe arrives to decide if it’s a perfect match.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have no signs of wear or use (yes, including pet hair). Go ahead, try it on, but if something feels off, this is your chance to exchange or return it.
We’ll carefully check all returned items. As soon as we confirm they're in great shape, we'll process your exchange or refund.
Here’s how to return your order:
1) Put your items back into the original DudeRobe bag if you have it. Don’t forget to include the original packing slip, or print out your order confirmation.
2) Click here to access our Exchange/Return portal. You’ll need your DudeRobe order number and the zip code from your order.
3) In the Exchange/Return portal, choose the items from your order that you want to exchange or return.
4) Print out the shipping label from our Exchange/Return Portal and stick it on your package.

How do you take care of your DudePants?
Looking out for your DudePants is essential. High heat and excessive agitation can be rough on it, and we definitely don't want your pants to suffer.
To keep your DudeRobe Gear in top shape:
- Just toss it in the machine with your regular detergent, but make sure it's a separate load, and use cold water on the gentle cycle.
- If you need to use bleach, go for non-chlorine bleach – the real stuff is a no-go.
- For drying, you can air/line dry it or use the tumble dryer with the air setting (no heat), or go for the gentle or delicate cycle. Just don't overdo it, and you're golden!
What's the DudePants fabric like?
DudeRobe's pants brings together two killer fabrics in one awesome garment. The outside is Jersey and the inside is French Terry. Both are pre-shrunk and perfect for kicking back.
